    Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable against every person (“you” or “your”) that accesses or uses this Website and/or purchases products from Zurri.

    This website is accessible at www.zurri.africa and related mobile sites and applications (the “Website”) and is owned and operated by Zurri.

    By using the Website and clicking “I Accept” when making a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    These Terms and Conditions apply to users who are consumers for purposes of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (the “CPA”). Your attention is drawn to these Terms and Conditions because they are important and should be carefully noted.

    If there is any provision you do not understand, contact us at info@zurri.africa before accepting these Terms and Conditions or continuing to use the Website.

    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to unlawfully restrict, limit, or avoid any right or obligation created for either you or Zurri under the CPA.
    Zurri permits use of this Website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using this Website in any way you shall be deemed to have accepted all Terms and Conditions unconditionally.

    Use of the Website

    By using the Website to make a purchase you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and of full legal capacity. If you are under 18 you may only use the Website with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    You agree not to use any device, software, or instrument to interfere with the proper working of the Website. All content displayed on or incorporated in this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, trademarks, and designs — belongs to Zurri and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.

    You may not use the Website to distribute material which is defamatory, offensive, constitutes hate speech, or is otherwise unlawful.

    You may not display, publish, copy, print, or post any content from the Website without the express prior written consent of Zurri.

    Marketplace & Sellers

    Important: Zurri operates as a marketplace platform connecting buyers with African sellers and suppliers. While Zurri vets all sellers on the platform, individual product listings are the responsibility of the respective seller. Zurri steps in as guarantor when a seller fails to meet their obligations.
    All sellers on the Zurri platform are vetted and required to meet Zurri’s authenticity and quality standards before listing products.
    Zurri reserves the right to suspend or remove any seller from the platform without notice if they are found to be in breach of Zurri’s seller policies.
    In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a seller, Zurri will mediate and, where necessary, resolve the matter at Zurri’s cost. You never chase the seller — you contact Zurri.
    Zurri guarantees the authenticity of all products listed on the platform. If any product is found to be inauthentic, Zurri will issue a full refund regardless of seller status.

    Ordering of Products

    When you place an order your purchase is subject to product availability. Zurri will take all reasonable steps to ensure out-of-stock items are removed from the Website promptly. If a product becomes unavailable after payment, Zurri will notify you and issue a full refund.

    You may cancel an order at any time before receiving a dispatch confirmation email. After dispatch, returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

    Before completing payment you will have the opportunity to review your full order including items, quantities, and total cost.

    Zurri reserves the right to cancel any order where pricing errors have occurred due to system or typographical errors. In such cases a full refund will be issued immediately.

    Payments

    Payments may be made via approved Credit Card, Debit Card, EFT, and any other approved online payment method available at checkout.
    All transactions made through the Website are encrypted and secured. Zurri does not store your card details. While Zurri takes extensive steps to secure all transactions, you acknowledge that transactions performed over the internet may carry inherent risk. Zurri will not be liable for losses arising from interception beyond its reasonable control.
    Zurri may require additional verification information to authorise payment. Delivery may be withheld until authorisation is confirmed. If authorisation is not obtained, your order may be cancelled and a full refund issued.
    You warrant that you are fully authorised to use your chosen payment method and that it has sufficient available funds to cover the transaction.
    Zurri reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the Website at any time. Customers will be notified of any price corrections prior to dispatch.

    Delivery

    Delivery fees and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout and vary by location and order value. Orders over R649 qualify for free standard delivery.
    Zurri is not liable for incorrect delivery where you have provided incorrect address or contact information.
    Delivery may be impacted by events beyond Zurri’s reasonable control including adverse weather, public holidays, or courier disruptions. Zurri will communicate any delays promptly.
    If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, Zurri will apply a discount to your next order as part of our Late Delivery Compensation commitment.

    Returns & Warranty

    Our full Returns and Warranty Policy is incorporated by reference and forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the Zurri Warranty & Protection Policy for complete details.

    All warranty claims must be submitted directly to Zurri at info@zurri.africa. You are never required to contact the seller directly.

    Zurri will respond to all valid warranty claims within 48 business hours with a resolution of your choice: full replacement, full refund, or 110% store credit.

    Privacy

    Our Privacy Statement is incorporated by reference and forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Please refer to our Privacy Statement for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).

    Zurri will not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or to fulfil your order (e.g. sharing delivery details with a courier).

    Intellectual Property

    All content on the Zurri Website including but not limited to the Zurri name, logo, star emblem, written content, product photography, and design elements are the intellectual property of Zurri and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

    Sellers who list products on Zurri warrant that they hold the rights to all images, descriptions, and branding they upload and indemnify Zurri against any third-party intellectual property claims.

    Errors

    Zurri will take all reasonable steps to accurately reflect product descriptions, availability, pricing, and delivery charges on the Website. Where errors occur that are not a result of Zurri's gross negligence, Zurri's liability is limited to refunding any incorrect amount already paid.

    Zurri is not bound by incorrect information regarding its products displayed on third-party websites.

    Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system or typographical error, Zurri reserves the right to cancel the order prior to dispatch and issue a full refund.

    Disclaimer

    The use of the Website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Zurri makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Website operates correctly and that information is accurate and complete, but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

    Zurri disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, except where such liability arises from Zurri's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

    Zurri does not warrant that the Website or files available through it are free from viruses or harmful code. You accept all risk in this regard save where such risk arises from Zurri's gross negligence.

    Links to Third Party Websites

    The Website may contain links to third-party websites outside of Zurri's control. These Terms and Conditions do not apply to those websites and Zurri is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

    Your use of any third-party website linked from the Zurri Website is entirely at your own risk.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the extent permissible by law, Zurri will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damages arising from your use of the Website or Zurri products, save where such liability arises from Zurri's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

    Zurri's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the product(s) purchased in the relevant transaction.

    You hereby indemnify Zurri against any loss, damage, or claim arising from your misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

    Changes to These Terms

    Zurri may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Website.

    Complaints & Notices

    All complaints and queries should be directed to info@zurri.africa. Zurri commits to responding within 4 business hours during business hours.

    Legal notices to Zurri must be sent by registered post or email with read receipt confirmation.

    Notices sent by email will be deemed received on the date confirmed by read receipt. Notices sent by registered post will be deemed received 10 days after the date of posting.

    Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

    You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa (Gauteng Division) for any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, notwithstanding that the quantum may fall below the monetary jurisdiction of that court.

    Nothing in this clause limits your right to approach any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction in terms of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) No. 68 of 2008.

    General

    You may not cede, assign, or transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party.
    Any failure by either party to enforce a right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
    If any term contained herein is declared invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
    No variation or addition to these Terms and Conditions will be valid unless in writing and accepted by both parties.
    These Terms and Conditions constitute the whole agreement between you and Zurri. No other warranty or undertaking is valid unless contained in this document.

    Note: This document does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 (CPA) or the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
