How do I save on Zurri?
Our model is built for "Provisioning." You get the best value by purchasing our curated bundles or high-volume units, such as our 1KG Bulk Shea Butter or 5KG Hair Food tubs.
Can I sell my products on Zurri?

Shipping & Fulfillment
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the specific items in your cart and the distance between the entrepreneur's production facility and your delivery address.
Who handles the delivery?
To ensure the fastest turnaround and the freshest product, your order is dispatched directly by the entrepreneur who manufactured it.
Do you offer free shipping?
We frequently offer complimentary shipping on orders that reach a certain value or contain specific "Provision Packs." If your order qualifies, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Our startup partners generally prepare and dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Most customers receive their items within 3 to 5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within South Africa and select African countries. International shipping is coming soon—join our mailing list to be the first to know.
Product Standards
Are these products authentic?
Every item on our site is sourced directly from the manufacturer. Whether it is Hand-Refined Shea Butter or African Wax Fabric, you are receiving genuine startup-made goods.
What are "Provision Packs"?
These are high-value bundles we've designed to fulfill specific needs, like our "Natural Remedy" Wellness Chest. These kits are the most efficient way to shop for household essentials while maximizing your value.
What about specialized hair products?
We offer a wide range of growth and maintenance products, including Batana Oil and Hair Growth Oil, as well as high-quality Wigs.
Returns & Safety
Can I return my items?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care products, including Cosmetics, Herbal mixtures, and Wigs.
What if an item is damaged?
In the event that an item—such as an Art Print or a glass-bottled remedy—is damaged during transit, please email us a photo within 24 hours of delivery so our partner can arrange a replacement.
Are the products safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our products, like Black African Soap and Aloe Cream, use traditional ingredients. We always suggest reviewing the full ingredient list and performing a small patch test before full use.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, EFT bank transfers, and mobile payment options. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order enters fulfillment and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need help.
