How Shipping Is Calculated
Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on two factors: the specific items in your cart and the distance between the entrepreneur's production facility and your delivery address.
Since each product comes directly from the startup partner who made it, shipping costs reflect the actual logistics of getting your authentic African provisions from their workshop to your door.
Who Handles Delivery
To ensure the fastest turnaround and the freshest product, your order is dispatched directly by the entrepreneur who manufactured it. This direct-to-customer model means your Shea Butter, textiles, or wellness products come straight from the source—no warehouses, no middlemen, just authentic startup-made goods delivered fresh.
Free Shipping
We frequently offer complimentary shipping on orders that reach a certain value or contain specific "Provision Packs."
If your order qualifies for free shipping, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout—no code needed. Look for the "Free Shipping" badge on qualifying products and bundles.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within South Africa and select African countries. International shipping to Europe, North America, and other regions is coming soon.

Damaged Items
In the event that an item—such as an Art Print or a glass-bottled remedy—is damaged during transit, please email us a photo within 24 hours of delivery so our partner can arrange a replacement.
